Clipper machine servicing/repair:
Please send clippers without blades attached and enclose specific instructions, including name, address and contact phone numbers, together with the work required/any problems with the clipper etc. We keep a large supply of spares in stock and can usually return a machine after 5 working days.
Clippers can be returned by Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48hr service. If the machine requires ordered parts then turn around time will be a bit longer.
Cost of machine service:
Large Clipper £36.50 including VAT, plus parts if necessary (will advise cost with customer first). All clippers are PAT tested as part of the service .
Small Clipper £21.95 including VAT, plus parts if necessary (will advise cost with customer first). All clippers are PAT tested as part of the service.
Please do not send payment with your clippers. We will advise the cost on the completion of service.
All our work is guaranteed and we take pride in what we do. If you are not totally satisfied with our service then please contact us so we can resolve it with you as soon as possible.
Postage:
For clipping blades please add £4.65 for standard second class P&P, or £5.85 for second class signed P&P.
Standard postage is insured for £20.00 per parcel and Signed for postage is insured for £50 per parcel.
Blades should be well wrapped when sending to prevent damage such as broken / chipped blades in transit.
